  • PakEStore reserves the right to verify orders before dispatch.

3. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned explicitly.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • PakEStore offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.

  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address details for COD orders.

  • PakEStore reserves the right to cancel COD orders if confirmation is not completed.

6. Delivery Responsibility & Unboxing Requirement

  • PakEStore is responsible for any damage or defect that occurs during transit or delivery, subject to verification through a valid unboxing video.

  • Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video upon delivery.

  • Issues reported without an unboxing video will not be eligible for claim.

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • PakEStore is not responsible for delays caused by courier services beyond our control.

8. Order Refusal

  • Orders refused at the time of delivery without valid reason may result in order cancellation without refund and future COD restrictions.

9. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers can use the tracking number to monitor delivery status.
